Title: Martha Reeves at the Brudenell
This image is of Martha Reeves performing at the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds. I was there at the gig and from where I stood I had a great view of both the stage and the crowd, and the colours and lighting gave a very atmospheric setting so I thought I’d do a print of it.
This screenprint was done by myself, Leeds based illustrator Simon Lewis, in 2016.
It’s a 5 colour screenprint, each layer colour comes from a detailed drawing with added brushstrokes.
