Title: Made in Yorkshire

The beautiful landscape of Yorkshire’s Emley Moor, with the familiar sight of the transmitting tower broadcasting radio and television signals out across the land.

Emley Moor Mast, as it’s known, is the tallest freestanding structure in the UK and has quite an interesting history, particularly when it comes to the early days of what was then Yorkshire Television.

I was commissioned to create this artwork as part of the production of a documentary being made about Yorkshire Television but it’s also perfect for people who are a fan of the Yorkshire landscape, vintage television, tall freestanding structures, or simply hand-made, silkscreen art.

PRICE: £40 + postage

—-

This is a 4 colour screenprint, hand printed with water based inks 240gsm, acid free, Ivory Pop’Set printing paper.

Size: 59.4 x 42cm (A2)
Edition: open edition; not numbered but marked ‘third printing’ and signed and dated in pencil at the bottom

This print is sold unframed, and is sent carefully bagged and rolled inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
