In the 1980 s I went to Great Yarmouth Art College and achieved a BTEC in textile design, I have commissioned drawings of cars in the 90s. I am a member of Walton Group of Artists and East Keswick Art Group and also exhibit in various events locally. I like to paint local scenes and gather inspiration from the beautiful villages surrounding me.

I’m influenced by art nouveau design and flowers, and I love bright vibrant paintings. I enjoy plein air painting and am fascinated by architecture and city scapes. My preferred medium is watermixable oil as I find it very versatile but my other love is drawing with pen and pencil.
