Amelia Williamson

Hi, I’m Amelia! I’m a contemporary abstract artist currently based in Yorkshire.
I work with acrylics and mixed media and recycled, rescued canvases, using bold colours and textures to interpret my subjects.

My pieces generally fall into one of two bodies: Either a fauvist style impression of the natural world, or an abstract expression of concepts such as thought and memory.

I was born in Yorkshire and have lived a bit of a nomadic lifestyle – as such, my studio moves with me wherever I go.
