I am a mixed media artist and musician originally from Newcastle. I moved to Penistone in 2024 and am really inspired by the Yorkshire landscape.  Using acrylics, old sheet music and hand-printed collage papers I create semi-abstract art. At the start of a painting I have no plan as to how it will turn out which is exciting and I love playing with shape, texture and colour.  Having started painting during lock down, this new passion has brought me so much joy.  I was a finalist in the SAA Artists of the Year competition in the Abstract and Experimental category in both 2024 and 2025.
