Studio at ground floor level. Take single track road past How Stean Gorge to Stean village. After sharp left/right bend turn right towards cattle grid and start of stone track signposted Well House on the gate. The track is a rough stone farm track with 5 cattle grids, unsuitable for cars low to the ground. Drive slowly for half mile. to farmhouse on right.
