Calling all Yorkshire creatives

Aire Place Studios presents Bring it! 2023. Bring it is an exhibition that runs in conjunction with our Print it show.  While Print It! is for artists that can’t physically make it to the space, Bring it! is for the locals who can bring it!  We are opening this to all artists you can physically drop off and collect their artwork. You bring your art, we will do the rest!

We are looking for artists creatives working with any medium (painting, sculpture, photography, performance, video art, animation, film, documentaries, poetry, writing).

Just like Print it! We are trying to remove as many barriers to showing work in a physical gallery space as possible, therefore we have a limited number of frames, projectors and TV creatives can borrow to allow them to exhibit in our space – These are limited and will only be appropriate for A4 & A3 sized 2D work. At Aire Place Studios we hope to reflect the creativity and diversity of artists in our gallery show as well as providing an important opportunity for artists to exhibit their work to the public. This exhibition aims to bring together fantastic works from local, Leeds, and artists located to the surrounding areas. Our intention is to broaden the public perception of Art. There is no theme to this exhibition.

We charge a fee of £25 per work, limited to one artwork per artist. You are guaranteed to get in as we believe everyone has the right to show work, and there will be no gatekeeping as long as your submissions follows the guidelines, and community rules. Please note that the number of entries is capped at 60, so please enter soon in order to avoid disappointment.

The exhibition will be open to the public for 3 weeks starting the 19th May 2022 – 9th June and includes a public opening event on Friday 19th May (6:30pm – 9:30pm).

Drop off Dates (12pm – 4pm): Thursday 11th May or Friday 12th May
Collection Date of any unsold works (12pm – 5pm): Wednesday 14th June
