Natasha Lee

Hello, I am a self-taught mixed media artist primarily working with acrylics, gouache, pencil, embroidery and collage. I love to create interesting collage papers using different printing methods and incorporating them into my artwork.

Most of my paintings are of landscapes, some are based on real places but most just emerge as I add paint to paper. As I am painting, I try to be guided by the colours and textures I am using and the meaning they may convey to others.

I also love to incorporate hand embroidery into some of my work. It creates interesting detail and depth to a piece and I love figuring out where I am going to place it.

I am currently working on a collection of mini bright and bold landscapes which I hope to exhibit early next year.
