I am somewhat of a naive artist having had no real training or academic artistic background. I started producing work in 2021. I use dots created with acrylic paint mainly on canvas board. I enjoy the process of repetition and rhythm. It is as much a therapeutic exercise as it is a creative exercise. The use of colour and contrast I think was born out of my colour blindness and the Ishihara Tests I did as a child to diagnose it.
