My dad was an artist, so growing up I used to watch him sketch and visit his working studio, so art has always been very natural and comfortable to me!

I studied art throughout school, beginning with pencil, small intricate studies, and went on to study at Leeds College of Art, learning and experimenting with all aspects of art and design.

My career began and progressed in graphic design, I had a family, and I continued to paint and draw in my own time, taking commissions for portraits, both human and animal. My artwork has grown in size over the years, I now love painting large scale colour pieces! I am also working on a range of pen and ink illustrations of towns and cities, which I sell as prints.
