Seasonal colours is a new exhibition at the Otley Courthouse. Five artists, all local to Otley, are displaying work in a range of media, including paintings, textiles, resin artworks and jewellery.
The exhibiting artists are: Kirsty Clarke, Jo Crowther, Sandra Flitcroft, Vanessa Plews and, North Art member, Jeanne-Louise Moys. This is their first exhibition as a group, although you may have seen their work in other exhibitions around Yorkshire.
Their artist backgrounds, ways of working and inspiration are varied. But, having met through their art lives in Otley, they decided to meet regularly to exchange ideas, celebrate their different approaches and support each other as local artists.
The five artists will be at the Courthouse on 12 June between 12 and 2pm for a “Meet the artists” event. The exhibition is free to view and on at the Courthouse until 30 June.
